This is an opportunity to join a company that is expanding its footprint in the automotive services market, supporting customers to adopt and optimise an online booking solution that is already gaining strong traction. You will be working with an established pipeline of warm customers. There is no cold calling. Your focus is on guiding customers through onboarding, supporting implementation, and driving increased usage through consultative conversations and targeted follow ups. You will also play a key role in shaping feedback that influences product development.

The Opportunity

The role suits someone who enjoys ownership, problem solving, and working closely with product and technical teams.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Demonstrating product features and supporting customers through implementations
  • Closing upgrades and driving increased adoption through consultative selling
  • Handling light technical tasks such as inserting snippets, updating colours, and reviewing basic configuration
  • Analysing customer performance data to identify opportunities for growth

  • Helping to build scalable processes for future commercial hires

  • A data led approach with the ability to identify trends and translate them into action
  • A self starter mindset with comfort working in a scaling or fast paced environment

What’s On Offer
