We are looking for a Principal Solutions Architect on a contract basis to lead the technical strategy and solution design for major public-sector bids.
You will shape cloud, AI, data and CX architectures, own end-to-end solution definition, drive win themes, influence senior stakeholders and ensure solutions are deliverable.
You will need strong AWS expertise and experience with platforms like Salesforce, ServiceNow, Dynamics or Genesys/Verint is essential, along with proven leadership on large, complex bids.
Own the end-to-end solution design across cloud, AI, data, integration and CX/case-management platforms.
Shape competitive, compelling technical proposals, working alongside bid, pricing and commercial teams.
Drive innovation in bids using AI, automation, analytics, personalisation, agentic patterns and data-driven decisioning.
