We're partnering with a fast-growing subscription e Commerce business that has built an incredibly loyal customer base and continues to invest heavily in its digital experience, product capability and growth strategy.

They're looking for a Product Manager to join the team on a 12-month FTC, owning key customer acquisition initiatives and helping shape how customers discover, engage with and purchase their products online.

This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with Design, Engineering, Growth and Commercial teams to deliver meaningful improvements across the customer journey.

What you'll be doing

  • Owning and prioritising the retention product roadmap.
  • Improving the online buying journey and subscription experience.
  • Driving experimentation, optimisation and conversion improvements.
  • Working closely with Design and Engineering teams to deliver new features.
  • Managing stakeholder requests and balancing commercial priorities.
  • Supporting sprint planning, backlog refinement and Agile ceremonies.

What we're looking for

  • Product Management experience within e Commerce.
  • Subscription business experience.
  • Shopify experience. (Not essential)
  • Recharge experience. (Not essential)
  • Experience delivering product improvements that drive customer acquisition and conversion.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working within Agile/Scrum environments.
