A growing tech business is looking for a technically confident and commercially driven Technical Account Manager to help scale a high potential digital product. This is an opportunity to join a company that is expanding its footprint in the automotive services market, supporting customers to adopt and optimise an online booking solution that is already gaining strong traction.
You will be working with an established pipeline of warm customers. There is no cold calling. Your focus is on guiding customers through onboarding, supporting implementation, and driving increased usage through consultative conversations and targeted follow ups. You will also play a key role in shaping feedback that influences product development.
The OpportunityThis is a brand new role created to unlock further commercial value from an existing customer base. You will be the first hire into this growing function, with the chance to directly shape processes, improve customer journeys, and support wider commercial growth. The role suits someone who enjoys ownership, problem solving, and working closely with product and technical teams.
What You Will Be Doing- Managing relationships with warm customers and guiding them through product onboarding
- Demonstrating product features and supporting customers through implementations
- Closing upgrades and driving increased adoption through consultative selling
- Handling light technical tasks such as inserting snippets, updating colours, and reviewing basic configuration
- Analysing customer performance data to identify opportunities for growth
- Working closely with product and engineering teams to relay customer insight
- Helping to build scalable processes for future commercial hires
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a Technical Account Manager, Customer Success or SaaS sales role
- Confidence in closing deals and driving adoption, not just managing accounts
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain simple technical tasks clearly
- A data led approach with the ability to identify trends and translate them into action
- A self starter mindset with comfort working in a scaling or fast paced environment
£40,000 to £60,000 base salary depending on experience. Structured performance based bonus with clear progression and scaling. Hybrid working with one day a week in a London office.
