The work is varied and delivery-focused, typically across 8–12 week projects covering discovery, proof of concept, and full implementation. This isn’t a role where you’ll be maintaining legacy systems — you’ll be designing and building solutions, shaping technical direction, and working closely with stakeholders to solve real business problems.

- Developing Python-based data pipelines and integrating multiple data sources
- Working across the full lifecycle: discovery → POC → delivery
- Supporting data science and predictive modelling use cases
- Engaging directly with stakeholders to understand requirements and shape solutions
What They’re Looking For
- Strong experience in data engineering with hands-on delivery
- Solid Python skills for building data pipelines
- Experience working in cloud environments (Azure, Fabric, AWS, etc.)
- Experience building or contributing to greenfield data platforms
- Comfortable working with stakeholders and translating business needs into technical solutions
- Someone who enjoys taking ownership and contributing ideas, not just delivering tasks
The Environment

- High ownership and autonomy — real opportunity to influence direction
- Collaborative culture with a strong focus on solving problems properly
- Varied project work across sectors including social housing and insurance
Why This Role
- Greenfield builds — not maintenance work
- Opportunity to shape how data solutions are designed and delivered
