An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Performance Marketing Manager to join a fast-growing business based in Leeds. This is a hands-on, strategic role where you’ll take ownership of all things performance marketing – from campaign build to optimisation and reporting.

You’ll be responsible for delivering scalable, high-impact campaigns across a range of digital channels, working closely with internal teams to drive awareness, generate quality leads, and ultimately boost revenue. If you’re a data-driven marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, this role offers plenty of scope to make your mark.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the performance marketing strategy across paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, and organic growth channels
  • Build and execute multi-channel campaigns using platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and YouTube
  • Optimise end-to-end funnels – from ad creative through to landing page and conversion
  • Own campaign tracking and performance reporting using tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, and Hotjar
  • Test, learn, and scale – run A/B experiments and continuously refine performance
  • Collaborate with wider teams across content, product, and sales to ensure alignment
  • Manage budgets effectively, focusing on metrics like ROAS, CPL, and downstream revenue impact
  • Explore the use of automation and AI tools to enhance campaign efficiency and creative testing
What We’re Looking For:
  • 3–5+ years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in a SaaS, tech, or high-growth B2B environment
  • A proven track record of generating qualified leads and driving measurable results
  • Expertise across platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and YouTube
  • Strong understanding of funnel performance, CRO, and digital buyer behaviour
  • Familiarity with landing page tools like Webflow or Unbounce
  • Passion for data, metrics, and marketing performance analytics
  • Adaptable and curious – comfortable in fast-moving environments and keen to explore new tools
  • Leeds-based or able to commute to the office regularly
Nice to Have:
  • Experience marketing a product in an emerging or niche category
  • Background in building and scaling marketing functions from scratch
  • Exposure to AI-led or automation-heavy marketing processes
  • A creative flair with an understanding of consumer-style marketing in B2B contexts
Why Apply?
  • Be part of a high-growth business with big ambitions
  • Direct influence over marketing strategy and brand direction
  • Collaborative, innovative environment where your input really matters
  • Hybrid working setup with an energised, in-office team culture
  • Competitive salary, bonus potential, and long-term progression
