A large UK-based organisation within the Ed-Tech sector is looking to appoint a Senior Dynamics / Power Platform Developer to join a small, collaborative delivery team working on a CRM built on Microsoft Power Platform technologies. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys greenfield development, improving existing platforms, and working closely with stakeholders to design and deliver effective solutions.

The Role

  • Join a small, dynamic team alongside another senior developer, a team lead, business analyst, tester, and junior developer
  • Enhance and support an existing student relationship management platform
  • Contribute to bug fixing, optimisation, and ongoing support work
  • Work closely with stakeholders, presenting proofs of concept and iterating solutions based on feedback

Key Skills & Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including:
  • Power Automate
  • Power Pages
  • Cloud flows
  • Proven experience building new model-driven apps and delivering development work on the Power Platform
  • Comfortable leveraging platform capabilities and out-of-the-box features, rather than relying heavily on custom code
