A large, complex organisation is undergoing a major enterprise transformation across its core Finance and HR systems and is looking to bring in a Senior Test Automation Engineer to play a key role in ensuring quality, stability, and confidence across releases.
This role sits within a highly integrated SAP landscape and is well suited to someone who enjoys combining handsāon automation delivery with ownership, influence, and technical leadership.
The Role
- Own and develop test automation across SAP systems, with a strong focus on TOSCA.
- Support largeāscale transformation initiatives involving Finance and HR platforms.
- Design, build, and maintain robust automation frameworks to support frequent change.
- Ensure highāquality releases across complex, integrated systems.
- Work closely with developers, business stakeholders, and thirdāparty vendors.
- Champion quality early in the delivery lifecycle, not just at execution phase.
Key Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in SAP testing (e.g. S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Concur or similar).
- Handsāon expertise with TOSCA for test automation.
- Experience working in complex, enterpriseāscale environments.
- Solid understanding of endātoāend testing, integration testing, and regression.
- Comfortable operating at a senior level, influencing stakeholders and setting standards.
- Experience working in Agile / DevOps delivery environments.
