We’re working with a well-known UK consumer brand who are investing in a brand-new scheduling platform to transform how their nationwide home-visit network operates. They’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the project from day one, taking a newly developed internal tool from early build through to full rollout and adoption across the organisation. This is a high-impact, delivery-focused role for a Senior IC who thrives on ownership, autonomy, and driving complex operational products to completion.

The Challenge

The business has an in-house engineering team (full stack developers and a tech lead) who’ve built the foundations of an internal scheduling system to manage home-visit appointments, consultant availability, and customer experience.

Your mission is to:

  • Take full ownership of the product roadmap and delivery.
  • Work closely with operations and retail teams to shape requirements.
  • Lead discovery and define the optimal scheduling experience for both staff and customers.
  • Translate business needs into clear technical direction for the dev team.
  • Drive adoption and measurable impact once the platform goes live.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager or Lead Product Manager.
  • Hands-on experience delivering operational, logistics, or scheduling products – ideally in retail, consumer, or field-service environments.
  • Strong understanding of internal tools and process transformation.
  • Confident working with in-house engineering teams to build and ship complex systems.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to bridge the gap between operations and tech.
  • Comfortable owning a high-autonomy, fixed-term project with clear outcomes.
