About the Role
We are working with a fast-growing consumer tech business that is transforming a traditional industry through a world-class digital experience. The platform makes it effortless for users to access a service that was once time-consuming and stressful, and it is rapidly expanding across the UK and EU.
They are seeking a B2C Growth Manager focused entirely on organic user acquisition. Your mission: grow the consumer base and drive repeat usage without relying on paid media. This is a highly visible, hands-on role where your work will directly drive measurable growth in a fast-moving, digital marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Organic Acquisition & SEO
- Own and optimise the SEO strategy to drive high-intent traffic
- Identify new organic growth opportunities across search, content, and discovery channels
- Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to produce high-performing, trust-building content
- Content & Brand Marketing
- Develop and execute content-led campaigns to increase brand awareness and credibility
- Oversee consumer-facing content across blogs, guides, video, and social media
- Ensure the brand is consistent, compelling, and trusted across all organic channels
- Social Media Growth
- Lead content-led acquisition on TikTok, Instagram, Meta, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
- Optimise social content to drive traffic, engagement, and conversion
- CRM & Nurture
- Build and execute email and push campaigns that convert users and encourage repeat engagement
- Segment and personalise user communications to increase retention and lifetime value
- Track and analyse performance metrics to optimise acquisition and engagement funnels
- Run A/B testing and experimentation to improve conversion rates and user activation
Success Metrics
- Scale organic traffic and user acquisition at real volume (ideally ~1–2 million monthly site visits)
- Increase orders and repeat usage via brand, content, social, SEO, and CRM channels
- Build a scalable organic growth engine for a consumer-facing digital product
Qualifications & Experience
- 3+ years in a B2C growth or digital marketing role focused on organic acquisition
- Proven track record scaling a consumer product or marketplace via SEO, content, brand, and social
- Hands-on experience with content planning, CRM campaigns, email marketing, and A/B testing
- Strong analytics skills and experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or similar
- Creative, data-driven, and highly organised with strong project management skills
