Are you an experienced Solution Architect with strong ERP and SAP experience looking to influence a large-scale business transformation? We're supporting a leading international organisation that is midway through a major global programme to standardise Finance and HR systems and is looking for a Domain Architect to provide technical leadership and governance across SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors. This is an opportunity to join a programme that's already found its rhythm, working alongside senior stakeholders and a strong architecture community to shape the future technology landscape.
What do we need from you?
- Solution or Domain Architecture experience.
- Strong ERP background, ideally SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and SuccessFactors.
- Experience across Finance systems, HR systems or wider ERP environments.
- Ability to understand business processes and integration beyond SAP.
- Experience managing or challenging third-party system integrators.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Comfortable operating at senior level with business leaders.
- Ability to commute to Leeds 1-2 days per week.
The role
You’ll become the architectural authority across Finance and HR domains, ensuring the successful delivery of a multi-year SAP transformation programme. Working with internal teams and external partners, you’ll govern designs, challenge assumptions and drive alignment across multiple workstreams and geographies. This is a highly collaborative role where roughly half of your time will be spent coordinating stakeholders and keeping delivery moving, with the remainder focused on architecture, governance and technical decision making.

- Provide architecture leadership across SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors.
- Govern and challenge the System Integrator's designs and delivery approach.
- Coordinate integration, reporting, identity and data workstreams.
- Influence stakeholders across Finance, HR and technology teams.
- Ensure architectural standards and design principles are maintained.
- Support the transition from programme delivery into BAU operations.
- Collaborate with architects and programme teams across multiple countries.
