Engineering Manager (Hands off) Hybrid Working (Leeds office) I’m currently partnered with a well-established organisation undergoing significant technology transformation and investment across their engineering function. They’re now looking for an Engineering Manager to lead and develop a high-performing engineering team, driving delivery across both change initiatives and live services. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys combining strong people leadership with technical oversight, helping shape engineering standards. You'll sit at the heart of the engineering organisation, leading a team of engineers while working closely with stakeholders, architecture, product teams and delivery partners. You'll be responsible for driving engineering excellence, ensuring high-quality delivery, and supporting the ongoing evolution of services across a complex technology landscape.
