We're working with a growing, data-driven organisation undergoing a major transformation, with significant investment being made into Microsoft Fabric, AI and advanced analytics.

This is an opportunity to join a highly collaborative Data team where you'll play a key role in shaping the future of Data Science, Machine Learning and AI across the business.

You'll work on a variety of projects spanning customer analytics, predictive modelling, AI initiatives, operational efficiency and commercial optimisation, whilst helping the organisation maximise the value of its modern data platform.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and deploying Machine Learning models.
  • Building Data Science solutions that solve real business problems.
  • Supporting major Microsoft Fabric initiatives.
  • Working closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI and analytics.
  • Contributing to customer segmentation, churn modelling and predictive analytics projects.
  • Helping to operationalise AI solutions into production environments.
  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members.

What we're looking for

  • Commercial Data Science experience.
