ROLE: Contract Test Manager
Location: Leeds/Remote
Duration: 6 months INSIDE IR35
Our client is seeking a senior QA/Test Manager to shape quality strategy and drive modern testing practices across a major customer-facing digital portfolio. You will lead a large on/offshore QA organisation, oversee multiple complex programmes, and champion automation, CI/CD integration, and continuous testing across web and mobile platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Set and deliver the portfolio-wide QA strategy
- Lead and mentor a large on/offshore test organisation
- Drive automation (API/UI), tooling and quality improvements
- Oversee accessibility, functional, non-functional and performance quality
- Manage risks, vendors, and senior stakeholders across the business
