The business is entering the next phase of its platform evolution, building on a strong UK presence to scale internationally, with a focus on the US and Asia. This is a high-impact role with ownership of product strategy, international expansion, and optimisation of their subscription-based model.
As Lead PM you’ll lead and execute the product strategy for a high-impact digital learning platform. This is a hands-on leadership role with line management responsibility for one Product Manager, offering real autonomy and the opportunity to shape the future of the product.
The team is small but growing, and you’ll play a key role in shaping both product direction and process maturity. This is an excellent opportunity to join as Product Lead, with a clear path to promotion into a Director of Product position once you’ve found your feet.
