Overview

We’re supporting a global leader in health and care technology, a business undergoing major transformation as it builds a centralised global security function. Their solutions support millions of people across multiple countries, and security is at the heart of enabling that mission.

Remote (UK-based) | Up to £90,000 + 15–20% bonus + car allowance

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing global InfoSec team in a regional leadership position covering the UK, Ireland, and New Zealand. The role is hands-on and operational, giving you visibility across business processes, applications, IT assets, and security tools, while also influencing stakeholders to drive lasting change.

What you’ll be doing

  • Acting as the main point of contact for information security in your region.
  • Using vulnerability management and security scoring tools (e.g. Bitsight, EDR, attach management platforms) to identify risks and set priorities.
  • Partnering with IT and business teams to address vulnerabilities, improve patching cycles, and raise security standards.
  • Supporting awareness training, audits, and compliance initiatives (ISO27001, data protection).
  • Collaborating with a small global team, contributing to a 3-year security roadmap, and driving proactive improvements.

What we’re looking for

  • Strong hands-on background in security (e.g. Security Analyst, Security Architect, SOC Manager, or similar).
  • Experience managing vulnerabilities, interpreting data from security tools, and applying risk frameworks.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and work effectively in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of ISO27001 and data protection regulations.
  • Based in the UK, with flexibility to attend office when required (North England HQs)
