A fast growing organisation is looking to appoint a Project Lead to support the delivery of strategic change and transformation initiatives across the business. Working closely with the Head of Business Transformation and senior stakeholders, this role will play a key part in coordinating projects, maintaining governance and ensuring transformation programmes progress effectively. It is a hands on opportunity suited to someone who enjoys organisation, structure and collaboration across multiple teams.
This position would suit someone with experience in project coordination, PMO support or operational delivery who enjoys working in a dynamic environment where priorities evolve and projects move quickly.
The RoleYou will support the planning, coordination and tracking of a range of transformation and operational initiatives across the organisation. Working alongside senior stakeholders, you will help ensure projects stay on track while maintaining strong governance and reporting standards.
A key aspect of the role will involve acting as an administrator and super user for the organisation’s project management platform, helping teams adopt best practice processes and ensuring accurate reporting and visibility across projects.
Key Responsibilities- Support planning, coordination and tracking of transformation and operational projects across multiple workstreams
- Maintain project plans, timelines, risks and dependencies while tracking progress and escalating blockers where required
- Prepare project dashboards, updates and reporting for leadership and governance forums
- Act as day to day administrator of the project management tool, maintaining structures for OKRs, projects and workflows
- Develop templates, dashboards and documentation to support reporting and decision making
- Support onboarding and training for teams using the project management platform
- Coordinate governance and compliance activities including maintaining risk, issue and action logs
- Assist with documenting and improving internal processes
- Ensure project documentation is accurate, accessible and up to date
- Provide administrative and operational support to senior leadership, including coordinating meetings and workshops
- Experience in a project coordination, PMO, operations or transformation support role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Experience using project management tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
- Experience using ClickUp or similar project management platforms
- Experience supporting compliance, governance or risk related activities
- Familiarity with OKRs and delivery approaches such as Agile or Waterfall
- Experience documenting or improving business processes
- Experience working within a scaling or high growth organisation
- High attention to detail and a structured approach to work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable collaborating across different teams and functions
- Process focused with a continuous improvement mindset
- Adaptable and comfortable working in evolving environments
- Full UK driving licence
