This is a newly created role and the first UK-based hire for a growing ERP consultancy with a strong offshore delivery capability. The purpose of the role is to lead ERP projects from the UK, act as a trusted consultant to clients, and gradually take on client-facing responsibilities currently held by senior leadership. You’ll play a key role in establishing a UK presence, supporting project delivery, and helping clients feel confident through face-to-face engagement, workshops, and due diligence activity. There is significant scope for development as the UK function grows.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and supporting ERP implementation projects from a functional, finance-led perspective.
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, running workshops and translating finance requirements into system solutions.
- Working closely with offshore delivery teams to ensure successful, high-quality project outcomes.
- Supporting pre-sales and due diligence conversations by providing a strong UK-based consulting presence.
- Helping shape how the UK consulting function develops over time.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working as a functional ERP consultant, ideally on Microsoft Dynamics projects.
- A strong finance background with a solid understanding of finance processes and reporting (CIMA or ACCA is desirable but not essential).
- Comfortable operating in a consulting-style role, engaging directly with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with empathy for finance teams.
- Open to growth and development — this role suits junior-to-mid career consultants looking to step up, rather than very senior profiles.
Why This Role?
- Be the first UK hire and play a key role in building a local consulting presence.
- Clear opportunity for career progression and responsibility growth.
- Work in a business that values face-to-face collaboration while offering flexibility.
- Be part of a company focused on creating high-value roles locally while delivering globally.
Working Arrangements
2 days per week on-site in their office (North of Leeds) with flexibility around scheduling.
If you’re a finance-led ERP consultant who enjoys client interaction and wants to be part of building something from the ground up, this role offers a rare opportunity to grow alongside the business.
