Full-Stack Software Engineer β London β 5 days a week Location: London, central, fully onsite (early stage, London platform team) Salary: Up to Β£130,000 Seniority: 3-8 years | Permanent | Early hire on a small platform team I\βm working with a well funded early stage AI platform looking for a versatile full-stack engineer to join the London platform team as one of the first engineers. This role is perfect for someone who loves shipping product, moving fast, and solving novel technical problems that sit at the intersection of data, systems and user experience. What you\βll own Deliver a fast, reliable user-facing platform that real customers use every day Iterate quickly on product features and infrastructure for novel technical problems Own slices of the stack end to end, from SQL and backend logic to front end UX Work closely with a tiny, high-calibre engineering team and shape engineering practices and culture Tech profile I need 3 to 8 years of hands-on full-stack experience building production products Strong backend experience in Python and SQL, or strong frontend experience in TypeScript + React (we value either path; full-stack candidates ideal) Comfortable reading and improving C, Rust, or low-level systems components is a plus Product minded: you care about UX, reliability and shipping valuable features quickly Excellent communicator.
