An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Systems Analyst to join a growing and forward-thinking organisation. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and finance to deliver successful system solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a Business Systems Analyst or similar role, ideally within the insurance or wider financial services sector.
  • Strong SQL skills for querying and analysing data.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to manage expectations and build strong working relationships.
  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement, workflow optimisation, and requirements gathering.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
