Our client is seeking an experienced AWS Architect to design and deliver innovative cloud, AI, data, and contact‑centre solutions. In this role, you\\u2019ll lead proof‑of‑concepts, shape solution architectures, and act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across our customer base. You\\u2019ll collaborate with global teams to build technology standards, present your work in internal and external forums, and help drive continuous improvement across the organisation.
Responsibilities
- Lead proof‑of‑concepts and shape solution architectures for cloud, AI, data, and contact‑centre solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across the customer base and collaborate with global teams to build technology standards.
- Present work in internal and external forums and help drive continuous improvement across the organisation.
Qualifications
- Expertise in AWS Connect, Verint, and modern contact‑centre technologies
- Strong cloud, AI, and data architecture capability
- Clear, confident communicator across technical and non‑technical audiences
- Skilled stakeholder manager with strong relationship‑building ability
- Solid understanding of security, privacy, and compliance
- Experienced in leading capability‑modelling and shaping roadmap architectures
