Manual Tester – Up to £45,000 + Hybrid Working – Leeds

Are you a detail-driven Manual Tester looking to take ownership of the testing process in a collaborative, forward-thinking team?

We\’re hiring a Manual Tester for a growing tech-driven company based in Leeds. This is a hybrid role, with 2 days a week in the office, offering up to £45,000 depending on experience.

What you\’ll be doing:

Carrying out end-to-end functional testing across web applications

*

Performing cross-browser and cross-device testing to ensure consistent performance

*

Owning the defect management process – from identification through to resolution

*

Working closely with developers, BAs, and product teams to validate requirements and provide clear test documentation

*

Contributing to continuous improvement of QA processes and standards

What we\’re looking for:

*

Proven experience in manual functional testing

*

Strong skills in cross-browser/device testing

*

Confidence to own and lead the defect lifecycle

*

Ability to write clear test cases, scenarios, and bug reports

*

Great communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Nice to have (but not essential):

*

Experience in agile environments

*

Basic understanding of automation tools (e.g., Selenium or Postman)
