Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and liaise with influencers for brand promotion.
  • Coordinate with media outlets to disseminate advertising and maximize brand visibility across multiple platforms.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research, analyse competitors’ strategies, and devise actionable marketing strategies to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Develop and implement targeted brand strategies through advertising, promotional materials, and retail marketing promotions to boost sales and increase consumer engagement.
  • Work closely with the Business Development and Product Marketing team to gather requirements, analyse business needs, and execute tailored solutions to meet objectives for the UK market.
  • Assist with developing annual budgets and provide insights to optimise resource allocation for campaigns.
  • Confer with department heads and key staff to discuss important topics, including advertising contracts, media selection, and product promotional strategies.
  • Monitor and analyse sales promotion results to assess the cost-effectiveness of campaigns and optimise future strategies.
  • Organise large-scale expos and events to create opportunities for direct consumer engagement, enhance brand presence, and drive sales growth.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years experience in FMCG/tobacco industry.
  • Mandarin and Cantonese is a must.
