* A-level / University graduate

* Industry relevant certifications a positive

* Significant post education training within the Commercial Real Estate financing industry

* Good understanding of real estate development and finance

* Good understanding of the CRE loan management process

* Good understanding of CRE legal documents (financing, leases, insurance etc.)

* Experience of UK and/or pan European property markets

* Experience across all major real estate asset classes

* Strong analytical skills

* Good team player

* Attention to detail

* Ability to organize and prioritize

* Client focused, ethical and accountable

* Very good presentation and communication skills

* Cash flow modelling of real estate transactions
