How you'll make an impact
As a Systems Accountant, you'll play a key role in delivering ERP implementations for a wide variety of customers, helping them streamline finance processes, unlock insights, and modernise their finance operations. You'll act as both a finance and systems expert â managing projects endâtoâend, delivering training, and helping clients navigate change. This is a handsâon role suited to a qualified or partâqualified accountant with strong commercial acumen and experience of implementing finance systems. Your ability to build relationships, simplify complexity, and deliver highâquality outcomes will be critical to your success.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and support ERP implementation projects from scoping to goâlive.
- Deliver client workshops and system training to finance teams.
- Optimise core finance processes across management accounting, multiâentity reporting, and billing.
- Collaborate with technical teams and senior stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with business needs.
- Feed into preâsales, solution scoping, and development priorities.
- Provide ongoing support, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ideal background
- Partâqualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Experience implementing ERP systems (e.g. Sage, Unit4, Oracle, Netsuite).
- Solid grounding in management and financial accounting.
- Understanding of multiâcurrency, multiâentity, and project accounting.
- Excellent communication and problemâsolving skills.
- Strong appetite to learn and work crossâfunctionally.
