How you’ll make an impact
This exciting role comes with the opportunity for extensive customer-facing work across consulting and project management. You will be an accountant with a strong business understanding and a passion for new technology.
As part of the Operations Team, you will join a team of experienced consultants to manage the implementation of Xledger software for customers, interacting with multiple stakeholders and multi-disciplinary teams to provide high-quality training, guidance and expertise.
- Managing the implementation of the Xledger finance system for new customers.
- Conducting implementation workshops to understand what the customer wants from their accounting system; from basic invoicing right through to FP&A dashboards.
- Using your accounting knowledge to add value to find the best solution for their business model, desired outputs, systems, and processes.
- Highlighting where the Xledger system can fix your customer’s existing issues (ie bottlenecks, process problems).
- Suggesting areas of opportunity for automation and process improvement.
- Deciding which Xledger modules and configurations will work best for your client’s needs.
- Working on up to 4 implementations at any one time, guiding your clients through their 3-month system implementation cycle.
- Ensuring implementations follow best practice, helping customers streamline their business processes.
- Providing customer training, alongside new starters and interns where required.
- Input into development priorities, in particular relation to UK-specific accounting requirements.
