How you'll make an impact
Project Manager , you'll lead the successful delivery of technology and business change initiatives by:
- Lead digital transformation and AI-enabled projects from initiation to delivery.
- Deliver projects on time, within scope and within budget.
- Manage project plans, risks, dependencies and governance.
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to build engagement and confidence.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies while applying the most appropriate delivery approach.
- Oversee sprint planning, backlogs and reporting using Azure Dev Ops.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to achieve successful outcomes.
- Improve project delivery standards and encourage continuous improvement.
- Support business change and help teams adopt new ways of working.

- Experience delivering complex technology, digital or business transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
- Experience using Azure Dev Ops for backlog management, sprint planning and reporting.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A proactive, organised approach with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high delivery standards.
- Experience within a professional services environment.
- An interest in emerging technologies, including AI and digital transformation.
