Core3 is partnering with a growing organisation to recruit a Finance Business Partner, based in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding commercial finance team where you’ll play a key role in helping the business improve profitability, support strategic decision-making, and influence commercial performance.
The role would particularly suit someone looking to make their first move from practice into industry, whilst also offering an excellent opportunity for commercially minded candidates already working within industry who are looking to broaden their business partnering experience.
As a Finance Business Partner, you’ll become a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders, helping them understand financial performance, identify opportunities, and make informed commercial decisions. You’ll work alongside an experienced commercial finance team, giving you the opportunity to develop your commercial skillset while building relationships across the wider business.
How you’ll make an impact:- Partner with senior stakeholders to improve financial and commercial performance across assigned business areas
- Build trusted relationships with leadership teams, becoming their key finance contact
- Analyse financial performance to identify opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency
- Support the development and delivery of commercial improvement initiatives
- Contribute to pricing decisions, commercial proposals, and profitability modelling
- Deliver meaningful financial analysis and commentary to support strategic decision-making
- Challenge stakeholders to deliver against budgets, forecasts, and performance targets
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
- Help improve working capital and overall financial performance
- Contribute to finance transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Act as the link between finance and operational stakeholders across the business
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified
- Strong technical accounting foundation with excellent analytical capability
- This role would particularly suit candidates making their first move from practice into industry, especially those trained within a larger accountancy practice looking to broaden their commercial experience
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build credibility and influence senior stakeholders
