This is a business where finance is central to growth, not a back-office function. As Senior Finance Manager, you’ll be part of that journey, working closely with leadership to bring clarity to complexity and support better commercial decisions. Based in London, you’ll have real ownership and the chance to influence how the business scales, from improving reporting to shaping long-term planning.

They’re looking for someone who enjoys building in a fast-moving environment. Someone who can balance detail with perspective, and help turn financial data into meaningful insight that drives progress.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Lead month-end close, ensuring accurate and timely management accounts
  • Deliver budgeting and forecasting cycles that support confident decision-making
  • Produce clear variance analysis with insight that drives action
  • Strengthen financial control, processes, and audit readiness
  • Partner with stakeholders to support commercial decisions and pricing
  • Build and maintain financial models for scenario planning and growth
  • Improve finance operations across accounts payable, receivable, and payroll
  • Support board reporting with high-quality financial reporting and analysis
  • Streamline systems and reporting through automation and better data use

Why you’re a great fit:

Essential:

  • You’ll be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) or equivalent
  • Strong experience managing month-end close and producing reliable management accounts
  • Strong commercial acumen and business partnering skills
  • Proven ability to deliver effective budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
  • Confident financial modelling skills, including scenario and sensitivity analysis
  • Experience partnering with non-finance stakeholders to improve outcomes
  • Clear communicator who can translate financial data into practical insight

Desirable:

  • Experience in a high-growth or scaling organisation
  • Exposure to both service-based and recurring revenue models
  • Familiarity with finance systems and improving reporting processes

What you’ll get in return:

  • As Senior Finance Manager, you’ll step into a role with real ownership and visibility, working directly with leadership in a growing London-based business.
  • You’ll be trusted to shape processes, improve reporting, and support strategic decisions.
  • £70,000 - £80,000 salary
  • Hybrid working in the London office
  • Opportunity to influence finance strategy and systems
  • Exposure to senior leadership and decision-making
  • A collaborative, people-first working environment
