For the right person, this role can naturally progress towards an FC level position over time.

Culture is central to this business. It is entrepreneurial, high performance and social, with a work hard, enjoy it mindset. Finance is viewed as a true partner to the business, not a back office function, and the team values people who want to understand the detail while keeping sight of the bigger picture. The business operates internationally and continues to expand into new jurisdictions, creating ongoing opportunity, complexity and development for the finance team. The role is based in either London or Dublin, with genuinely flexible working arrangements.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Support monthly management accounts and quarterly stakeholder reporting
  • Manage intra group balances and monthly transfer pricing postings

  • Support non UK entities from a US tax perspective
  • Partner with commercial teams on tax related and ad hoc finance queries

Why you’re a great fit:

  • ACA or ACCA qualified
  • Strong financial reporting background with UK GAAP or IFRS exposure
  • Comfortable owning complex areas and working across multiple entities
  • Able to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Experience in a PE backed, high growth or internationally expanding business
  • Exposure to tax compliance or transfer pricing at a practical level
  • Confident working with external advisors and non finance stakeholders
