Core3 are delighted to partner with a certified B Corp and fast-growing commercial renewables business to recruit a Part-Time Financial Controller with hybrid working. £55,000 (4 days/week) + 20% bonus + EOT bonus.

How you will make an impact: This is a brilliant opportunity for someone ready to step into a broad, hands-on Financial Controller role with a genuine ability to shape the finance function in a scaling SME. As part of the Senior Management Team, you will work closely with the CEO, Commercial Director, and other leaders to:

  • Lead financial operations and reporting
  • Overhaul manual pricing and costing tools to support smarter decision-making
  • Develop MI dashboards, strategic models, and forecasting tools
  • Provide financial analysis to influence commercial and operational strategy
  • Improve project profitability tracking and drive financial efficiency across the P2P cycle
  • Connect finance with operations through better time/resource reporting
  • Support systems development during the systems transition
