With continued investment into their AI-led platform and ambitious scaling plans ahead, they are looking for a commercially minded Senior Finance Manager to become the operational lead for finance and help build the function for the future.
This is far more than a reporting role. As the No.1 operational finance lead in the business, you’ll work closely with senior leadership and have genuine influence over how the company scales. You’ll bring clarity to commercial performance, improve financial processes and reporting, and help shape strategic decision-making across the business. How you’ll make an impact
- Lead the month-end close process, ensuring accurate and timely management accounts
- Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles across the business
- Deliver clear variance analysis and commercial insight to support leadership decisions
- Strengthen financial controls, processes, and audit readiness as the business scales
- Partner closely with leadership on pricing, performance, and commercial decision-making
- Build and maintain financial models for growth planning and scenario analysis
- Oversee finance operations across accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and cashflow
- Support board reporting and investor-facing financial analysis
- Improve systems, reporting, and workflows through automation and better use of data
- Help shape the future structure and capability of the finance function as the company grows
Why you’re a great fit
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
- Strong experience managing month-end close and producing reliable management accounts
- Strong commercial acumen and business partnering capability
- Proven experience delivering budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Confident financial modelling skills, including scenario and sensitivity analysis
- Comfortable operating in a hands-on environment with broad ownership
- Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders
- Experience within a high-growth or scaling business
- Exposure to both service-based and recurring revenue models
- Experience improving finance systems, reporting, and operational processes
- Previous exposure to SaaS, technology, or investor-backed environments
