You will be joining a collaborative job-share setup where communication and ownership are key.

How you will make an impact:

  • Communicate closely with your job-share partner to ensure alignment and continuity.
  • Act as a point of contact for finance-related queries, partnering with operations and head office finance.
  • Confidently lead and develop others, able to oversee team deliverables, support junior staff, and foster a collaborative, accountable working environment.

Why our client is excited about you:

  • You are experienced, self-sufficient, and value quality communication.
  • You understand what makes a successful job share and bring maturity, accountability, and a collaborative mindset.
  • ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified or equivalent.

  • Organised, dependable, and confident owning your time and outputs.
  • Strong communicator with a proactive approach to handovers and joint working.
  • Able to work from the South Gloucestershire office, 2.5 days per week.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop team members, ideally with experience in managing a small finance team or mentoring junior staff through complex reporting and month-end responsibilities.

What you will get in return:

  • Part-time hours in a senior role.
  • Office-based working in a supportive, high-performing team.
  • Excellent benefits including holiday, pension and discretionary bonus.
