Core3 is seeking a Group Financial Controller to lead financial control, group reporting, and compliance across the growing organisation. You will work closely with the Finance Director to shape how financial control operates and will have autonomy to strengthen processes and reporting as the business scales.
You’ll lead month-end close, consolidate statements, manage audits, and develop the finance function. This is a hybrid role with offices in Exeter and Truro as the company expands.
