Working closely with senior finance leadership, you’ll play a central role in strengthening accounting operations, improving processes, and helping shape how finance supports the wider business as it continues to evolve. How you’ll make an impact
- Lead operational accounting across multiple international entities
- Own and improve the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
- Oversee core accounting functions including AP, payroll, general ledger and intercompany accounting
- Drive process improvements, automation initiatives and finance transformation projects
- Partner closely with senior finance leadership on technical accounting and business-critical priorities
- Support system enhancement projects and work closely with finance systems and IT teams
- Improve controls, scalability and reporting processes across the finance function
- Manage and develop a growing accounting team within a fast-moving environment
- Support external audits, tax compliance and technical accounting matters
- Play a key role in helping finance scale alongside wider business growth
Why you’re a great fit
- Essential ACA or equivalent qualified with strong technical accounting foundations
- A background in a accounting practice followed by industry experience or within technology, SaaS or high-growth businesses
- Experience operating within multi-entity or international environments
- Hands-on approach with the ability to balance detail and strategic thinking
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proven experience improving finance processes and controls
Desirable
- Experience within PE or VC-backed businesses
- Exposure to NetSuite or larger ERP systems
- SaaS or recurring revenue business experience
