This is a senior finance leadership role with responsibility for financial control, group reporting, compliance and the continued development of the finance function. As Group Financial Controller, you'll work closely with the Finance Director and senior leadership team, giving you the opportunity to shape how financial control operates across the group. You'll have the autonomy to strengthen processes, develop the team and make sure finance is ready to support future growth. How you'll make an impact Lead the month-end and year-end close across multiple entities Own group reporting and the preparation of consolidated financial statements Strengthen balance sheet controls, reconciliations and financial governance Manage statutory reporting, tax compliance and the external audit process Oversee transactional finance, including AP, AR, banking and payroll interfaces Improve cash management, cash flow reporting and treasury processes Partner with FP
