Core3 is working with a growing professional services organisation to recruit a Management Accountant, based in Bristol. The role offers broad exposure across management accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and stakeholder partnering, making it an ideal opportunity for someone looking to continue developing within a progressive finance environment. As a Management Accountant, you will work closely with stakeholders across the business, supporting decision-making through accurate reporting, insightful analysis, and continuous process improvement. You will join a supportive and forward-thinking finance team with exposure across statutory reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and commercial finance activities.

How you’ll make an impact:
  • Prepare accurate and insightful monthly management accounts
  • Support month-end reporting activities, including accruals and prepayments
  • Perform detailed variance analysis against budgets and forecasts
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes across the business
  • Partner with stakeholders to provide financial insight and support decision-making
  • Assist with statutory accounts preparation and audit activities
  • Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and support financial controls
  • Support fixed asset accounting and reporting activities
  • Help improve reporting processes and month-end efficiencies
  • Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting support across the finance function
