Core3 is working with a global organisation to recruit a Financial Reporting Manager, based in the Bristol area. This is a senior finance leadership role within an international shared services environment, offering the opportunity to influence performance, governance, and strategic decision‑making across a growing international operation. This role combines financial reporting, controls oversight, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement within a complex and evolving international business.

How you’ll make an impact:
- Support the financial and operational performance of the international business services function
- Lead planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes to improve forward‑looking decision‑making
- Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting and management information
- Provide high‑quality financial analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and performance trends
- Oversee monthly accounts production, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal standards
- Support governance and compliance frameworks across reporting and controls
- Drive improvements across reporting processes, including automation and standardisation initiatives
- Act as a trusted finance partner to senior stakeholders across the business
- Deliver finance improvement and consultancy‑style projects across the organisation
- Prepare and present detailed financial analysis and reporting to senior leadership and Board‑level stakeholders
- Support remediation and resolution of control or compliance issues
- Lead and develop members of the finance team

Essential:- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) or equivalent technical accounting background
- Strong experience within financial reporting, controlling, or financial management
- Background operating within a complex, multi‑entity, or international environment
- Strong financial analysis and reporting capability
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and influencing decision‑making
- Strong understanding of financial controls, governance, and compliance
- Experience improving finance processes, reporting, or operational efficiency
- Confident communicator, able to present financial information clearly to leadership teams
- Proactive and commercially minded approach
- Shared services or international business services experience
- Exposure to transformation, automation, or process standardisation projects
- Experience leading or mentoring finance professionals
- Comfortable operating within a fast‑paced and evolving environment
- Experience supporting international or cross‑border projects
