We are supporting an international organisation to hire a Payroll Analyst for a fully remote role based in the UK. This Payroll Analyst position sits within a growing finance function and offers exposure to a complex, multi-jurisdictional payroll environment, with regular interaction across the UK and US.

Our client is a PE-backed, purpose-led organisation with international reach and ambitious growth plans. As a Payroll Analyst, you will join a collaborative finance team where high standards sit alongside flexibility and genuine support for development, all within a fully remote UK setup.

How you will make an impact:

  • Analyse payroll data and trends including salaries, commissions and variable pay.
  • Deliver payroll and commission insights to support key business decision making.
  • Support end-to-end payroll processes across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Act as a key contact for payroll queries, including US-based stakeholders.
  • Deliver accurate payroll journals and postings to the general ledger.
  • Support month-end close through reconciliations and variance analysis.
  • Partner closely with HR on starters, leavers, changes and commission inputs.
  • Investigate and resolve payroll issues with sound judgement and attention to detail.
