£65,000-£75,000 + bonus | Fully remote (UK) with occasional London travel | Permanent

We are supporting the search for an FP&A Manager to join an ambitious, international organisation during a period of sustained growth. This is a fully remote UK role, with some flexibility needed to work across US time zones and occasional travel to Eastbourne or London.

As FP&A Manager, you will play a visible role in shaping financial direction while working remotely across the UK.

How you will make an impact:

  • Lead group-wide budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning across international entities.
  • Partner with senior leaders to provide insight, challenge and commercial decision support.
  • Build and maintain financial models to support scenario analysis and strategic decisions.
  • Deliver management accounts, board packs and variance analysis with clear, actionable insight.
  • Analyse KPIs, trends and performance drivers to highlight risks and opportunities.
  • Turn complex data into executive-ready dashboards using BI tools such as Power BI.
  • Improve FP&A processes, automation and data governance to support scale and pace.

Why you are a great fit:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent). QBE considered.
  • Strong FP&A experience covering budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
  • Proven business partnering skills across commercial and operational teams.
  • Confidence translating data into clear, decision-focused insight for non-finance stakeholders.
  • Advanced Excel skills and hands-on experience with BI or reporting tools.
  • Experience in a PE-backed, fast-paced or international environment.
  • Exposure to M&A, integration or wider business transformation projects.
