Core3 are delighted to partner with a leading professional services firm to recruit two Credit Controller opportunities based in Central Bristol, one permanent and one 12 month fixed term contract. Salary up to £33,000 plus hybrid working and benefits.

How you will make an impact

As Credit Controller, you will play a key role in helping the business manage working capital and cash flow efficiently. You will work closely with the Credit Manager and stakeholders across the firm to deliver a results focused collections service, support internal teams with debtor management, and ensure compliance with internal policies.

  • Your focus will be on proactive relationship management, building rapport with clients and internal stakeholders to drive timely recovery of outstanding balances while maintaining the firm’s reputation for exceptional service.
  • Managing and reducing aged debt through proactive credit control.
  • Building strong client relationships and ensuring compliance with client billing protocols.
  • Producing debtor analysis and reports for partners and practice leads.
  • Supporting fee earners and internal stakeholders with reconciliations, debtor analysis, and escalations.
  • Attending regular meetings with partners to review accounts and agree collection strategies.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of credit control processes and systems.
  • Working collaboratively across the wider finance team to deliver strong cash flow and debtor management results.
