This is the perfect place to build solid foundations in financial operations and gain hands‐on experience across billing, payments, and client management.How you\’ll make an impact As Credit Control Assistant, you\’ll help ensure the smooth running of the billing and collections process, working with clients and colleagues to keep accounts accurate and up to date. You\’ll gain experience in communication, finance systems, and relationship management, playing an important part in maintaining cash flow and supporting business performance.Key responsibilities include: Managing incoming queries via the shared finance inbox and responding promptly and professionallySupporting the monitoring of payments and helping to resolve issues around invoices or billingPreparing and sending invoices, statements, and supporting documentsRecording all correspondence accurately within the finance systemAssisting with reconciliations and preparing information for reportingLiaising with internal teams to ensure client accounts are accurate and currentBuilding strong working relationships with clients and supporting them with account information when neededProducing simple reports to help track performance and outstanding itemsWhy our client is excited about you You\’re motivated, organised, and eager to learn.
