Core is a high-growth Microsoft Managed Services Provider (MSP) delivering modern technology solutions across Azure, Microsoft 365, Security, and Modern Workplace. We specialise in providing a wide range of services, solutions and software to optimise our clients’ Microsoft investments. We’re looking for a capable, hands-on Marketing Executive with strong HubSpot experience to support marketing strategy and lead the execution of campaigns and marketing activity. This role is focused on delivery, coordination, and performance tracking across key channels, ensuring campaigns are executed to a high standard and data is accurate, actionable, and well managed. This role suits someone with solid all-round marketing knowledge who enjoys turning plans into action and working closely with sales and wider teams. The Marketing team comprises the Head of Marketing, a Copywriter and a Designer, and collaborates closely with the Sales Department to support shared business objectives. This is a remote role, but our HQ is based in London. You should be prepared to attend quarterly meetings at the London office.

Key responsibilities:

  • Campaign execution & coordination: Support campaign planning while leading execution of marketing activity including webinars, email campaigns, and nurture flows. Coordinate campaign timelines, assets, and dependencies across teams to ensure delivery is on time and on brief. Own day-to-day execution of campaign tasks once plans are agreed.
  • Marketing automation & HubSpot: Build, execute, and optimise email campaigns, workflows, and nurture programmes in HubSpot. Track campaign performance and engagement using marketing automation and CRM reporting. Support continuous improvement through testing, optimisation, and insight.
  • CRM ownership & hygiene: Take responsibility for CRM hygiene, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance. Maintain campaign attribution, lifecycle stages, and contact records in HubSpot. Work closely with Sales to support lead flow, handover, and feedback loops.
  • Content & communications: Create and edit high-quality written content including emails, landing pages, webinar communications, and internal updates. Ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned to campaign objectives. Contribute to campaign messaging and positioning with strong attention to detail.

Skills & experience

Essential:

  • Hands-on experience using HubSpot for email marketing, workflows, CRM, and reporting.
  • Experience executing B2B marketing campaigns across email, webinars, and nurture programmes.
  • Strong understanding of the full marketing mix and how channels work together.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.

Desirable:

  • Experience working closely with Sales teams and CRM processes.
  • Confidence interpreting campaign data and performance metrics.
  • Experience in B2B, technology, or professional services environments.
