Maintenance Electrician

My Client are currently recruiting a Mobile Electrical Engineer based in the Birmingham area to assist the Engineering Team in delivering a customer focused cost effective and efficient Maintenance Service. This includes Planned Maintenance, Reactive Maintenance and other Estates Services as required in order to meet its contractual and legal obligations.\\nThe Person:\\nThe person should have excellent communication skills along with first class customer services skills to complement a practical skill set that will provide full building services support to the site.\\nThe following is a list of the key skills required for this position.\\n * C&G or equivalent – Electrical Qualifications\\n * C&G or equivalent – Initial and Periodic Electrical Inspection and Testing\\n * An extensive knowledge of building services\\n * Knowledge of building control systems\\n * Some practical plumbing skills\\n * An understanding of BMS control\\n * Experience of AHU maintenance\\n * Electrical breakdown experience\\n * Planned Preventative Maintenance experience in building services\\n * Fully computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office\\n * Experience on computer based maintenance systems\\n * Extensive health and safety knowledge\\n * Experience of control of contractors\\nKey Objectives of the Role:\\n * Work on own and as part of an integral member of a team carrying out routine PPM and minor repair works.\\n * Carry out skilled planned maintenance, repair and improvements.\\n * Install new plant and equipment when required\\n * Diagnose and repair faults on systems and plant.\\n * Be proactive in reporting faults to equipment, buildings and fittings.\\n * Work in accordance with Work Instructions, Safe Working Practices and Method Statements ensuring relevant paperwork is completed in an accurate timely manner.\\n * Maintain stock control systems as directed.\\n * Maintain the cleanliness of plant rooms, workshops and storage areas.\\n * Work safely, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of yourself, colleagues, customers and visitors.\\n * Act as a Competent Person as directed and appointed.\\nBenefits:\\n * 6 monthly Bonus\\n * Profit Share\\n * Pension\\n * Private Healthcare\\n * Company Vehicle\\n * Overtime\\n * Training
