Job Description: Commercial Gas Engineer qualified to a recognised level This is a mobile position and you will be required to travel to and work at various locations within the region Main Duties: Service and maintenance of gas appliances within commercial properties Attend service and reactive breakdowns to fault find, diagnose and repair in a timely and cost effective manner. To carry out the day to day responsive maintenance, service and repairs To carry out servicing and safety checks on all heating systems and identify any necessary works required to ensure that the heating systems are in good order and comply to current gas/oil safety regulations Essential: Recognised Commercial gas certificates Gas experience within the commercial sector e.g. Analysing, fault finding, service, repair and maintenance on gas/heating installations and appliances. Self- motivated and able to work under own initiative as well as within a team Full UK Driving Licence Basic IT Skills Salary: The company offer organic growth and the successful candidate will be given full support towards continued professional development. A salary of up to £47,000 per annum is offered with private healthcare, pension and company benefits. In addition, there is an annual bonus of up to £3000 Technical Building Services, Facilities Management, Hard Services, Mechanical, Electrical, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Engineering, BMS/Controls, Project, Planned (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance
