Core Talent are currently partnering with a well‑established organisation within the infrastructure sector to recruit an HR Advisor.

The Role

This is a hands‑on, generalist HR role where you’ll act as a key point of contact for managers and employees. You will be responsible for providing day‑to‑day HR support, advice, and coordination across a range of people‑related matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing HR advice and support to managers across employee relations matters
  • Assisting with performance management, disciplinary processes, and investigations
  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning activities
  • Maintaining accurate employee records across HR systems
  • Assisting with policy development and compliance requirements
  • Coordinating training and development initiatives
  • Supporting broader HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives

About You

You’ll be proactive, approachable, and confident managing competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in a generalist HR Advisor or HR Coordinator role
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
  • Experience working with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
