Key Responsibilities of the Mortgage Sales Manager:- Lead, mentor, and support a team of Mortgage & Protection Advisors to achieve individual and team targets
- Drive a culture of customer-first advice, compliance excellence, and high performance
- Manage team pipelines, ensuring smooth workflow, quality assurance, and timely completions
- Identify training needs and provide coaching or upskilling support where needed
- Collaborate with senior leadership on growth plans, recruitment, and business development strategy
- Personally maintain a small client book or handle high-value leads (optional, depending on background)
- CeMAP or CII qualified (or equivalent)
- Proven experience delivering regulated Mortgage & Protection advice
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing or mentoring advisors
- A deep understanding of the UK mortgage market and protection products
- A proactive, commercially-minded approach to hitting targets and scaling success
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for developing others
