CORE Talent Solutions is delighted to be partnering with our growing financial services client hiring a Mortgage & Protection specialist to join them in their Glasgow branches.

Key responsibilities of the Mortgage & Protection Broker:

• Offer expert advice on mortgage products

• Assist clients in the mortgage application process

• Proactively engage potential clients through warm leads, while developing your own network through client referrals

• Manage paperwork and liaise with lenders

• Offer advice on suitable protection products such as life insurance, critical illness, and income protection

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance.

Key skills or background required for the Mortgage & Protection Broker:

• Professional qualification or equivalent is essential (CeMAP or CII)

• Experience delivering regulated Mortgage & Protection advice

• Strong communication skills to build long-lasting client relationships
