I am partnered with a major MEP Contractor who are seeking a career driven Project QS to join them as they go through a significant period of growth. They are a true market leader in their field, working on high end projects in the utilities, critical infrastructure and process engineering sectors.
What You'll Do:
- Support financial aspects of the data centre project, ensuring it stays within budget and on schedule
- Manage procurement, subcontractor agreements, and cost reporting
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and contractors to ensure successful project execution
- Provide accurate cost forecasts, risk assessments, and final accounts
The Person
The ideal QS will be able to gel with the existing team and hit the ground running in this fast paced project. To be considered, you must hit the following base criteria:
- 5 years+ experience in quantity surveying working on MEP work packages
- Familiarity with contract management, ideally JCT or NEC
- Strong Analytical & Numerical Skill
- Flexible approach to accommodate the demands of an expanding company
