I'm working with a private equity–backed, fast-growing consultancy to appoint a Senior Operations Manager within their MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Public Health) business. This is a key, growth‐critical role reporting into senior group leadership, created to support rapid expansion and the integration of newly acquired MEP consultancies. The successful individual will play a central role in improving operational performance, embedding consistent ways of working, and enabling the business to scale effectively.

The Role
Working closely with MEP Directors and Group leadership, you will support and strengthen operational performance across the business, including:
- Project operations, resourcing, utilisation and delivery governance
- Performance reporting, fee management and operational KPIs
- Quality, compliance and risk management across MEP projects
- Integration of newly acquired teams into group systems and standards
- Continuous improvement of processes, tools and operational frameworks
This is not a site‐based or contractor operations role. It sits firmly within a professional services consultancy environment.
